Context: ICE (Information, Communication, Education) was a global set of conferences run by the private non-profit Kinesis Foundation. It was founded in 1984. In 2060, Alphabet-Soft Inc., a huge technology conglomerate formed by the merger of two of the world’s biggest technology firms in 2039, revived the tradition of awarding the annual ICE Prize, to an individual or group with an idea powerful and visionary enough to ‘change the world’. Amidst much controversy, the 2060 winner was The Tomorrow Project, spearheaded by R’lyeh Institute.
